How can I join the exercise classes?

If you’re not currently a patient at our clinic, you’ll need to book an Initial Group Exercise Assessment before joining a class. This is a one-on-one session with a physiotherapist to assess your baseline strength and mobility, discuss your goals, and identify any concerns. This helps us ensure you’re placed in the right class and receive an appropriate, tailored exercise program. To book your assessment, please call us on (02) 8883 5360.
